I don’t blame you for being interested in Japanese women. They are smart and beautiful and a lot of fun. But you should just let it happen the same way you would at home. It will happen. Japanese people are just like everyone else. They like fun, sometimes fool around, sometimes get serious. . .so just let it happen. That doesn’t mean don’t go to clubs or act like you’re someone you’re not. Get into the zone (just like you would at home) and have fun.

SERIOUS ANSWER
Sorry, after reading the others above I felt Like I needed to state that from the start. Narita honestly doesn’t have much, but if you are willing to go on into Tokyo (about an hour on the Narita Express) you should go to Roppongi or Kabuki-cho after dark (Though Kabuki-cho can be expensive), There are also a number of girls who hang out around the hotel areas in Ginza, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. They will offer you a “Massage”, which of course means, well… use your imagination.
There are also a great number of girls who will do “compenstaed dateing” alot of them just hang out in areas where there are a lot of foreigners. You ask them to a bar, karaoke, dinner, maybe let them do a little shopping, etc. AND PAY for them and they will REPAY you at the end of the night.
I’ve never done it myself, but everybody here knows. It’s honestly not even frowned upon that much unless you are married and even then, not that much. The attitudes about sex are just different here.
